Absolutely stunning! We had a wonderful time at the Art studio, would DEFINITELY book it again! It was so private and comfortable, the cabin itself was warm, cozy, very clean, beautifully decorated. The hosts were very responsive, sent us all the information we could possibly need ahead of time. We spent most of the evening lazing in the hot tub looking up at the stars and our morning drinking coffee in bed, watching the squirrels in the garden. Picturesque, serene, comfortable and beautiful
Every thing was perfect, the house and grounds and so lovely. I house seemed even bigger than the photos online but was lovely and warm plus the hot tub was huge. Overall very impressed and happy with our stay.
Would thoroughly recommend, all of the cottages are very private and well equipped for a luxury weekend away. The hosts were very friendly and gave clear instructions for checking in and check out. The cottage was well equipped with tea coffee and cooking facilities including oil, salt and pepper. The cottage also had good Wi-Fi and Netflix on TV. We loved the hot tub and robes! The perfect location to explore Dorset and the Jurassic Coast.
Will definitely be returning and recommending to family and friends. Me and my boyfriend went for a two night stay for valentines and everything was perfect. The room was clean on arrival, with towels and robes laid on the bed. The hot tub was pre-heated on arrival which was lovely so we could use straight away. The garden was very secure for our dog and the grounds and woodlands in the area were beautiful for walks. The host was so attentive and helpful, always happy to answer any questions and also gave us so many recommendations for restaurants and things to do. 10/10 stay, what a peaceful stay :)
Me and my partner had the most amazing stay at Downwood Holidays in the Hazel Cabin. Our start to the year was a difficult time for us so we thought a little getaway would be a good idea and our stay was perfect and just what we needed. The cabin was clean, very comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. After a busy day of exploring around, getting in the hot tub with a glass of wine was the perfect way to end the day. We highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be back!!
Primrose Cottage is a beautiful place to stay. The space has been used really well and it is decorated very nicely. The cottage is close to amenities and comes with recommendations from the host for local things to do and places to eat. The hot tub is clean and we thoroughly enjoyed spending time in there. Grace was a friendly and proactive host, which made check in and out very easy. We would highly recommend and would return!
We stayed in Copperbeech House for 3D2N. It was a lovely hut, far from the noise of the roads, yet still safe and secure. You can hear the relaxing sound of the birds and the wind breeze. Hot tub was an amazing asset to the property. The host was very accomodating which was a bonus! nothing was too much trouble. The only issue was the odd flooring in the shower/toilet. It creates a little puddle right by the shower cabin. It didn't directly affect our stay, but it might just be worth looking into to prevent damage to the property. 100% will stay again
We arrived for my birthday weekend, we had added a package to the weekend for my special occasion.The cabin was set out beautifully, rose petals on the floor, candles, champagne, an illuminated birthday sign, flowers, cheese platter and a fruit platter. The cheese and fruit platter was delicious. The cabin was in a secluded area and was very private. The hot tub was lovely, the bed was comfortable, pillows could have a refresh because they were a bit lumpy but that didn't stop a good night's sleep. The shower was nice except due to the half shower screen, the water dribbled over the shower tray and on to the floor which makes me think that the bathroom threshold has rotted from this as the floor moved underfoot. The view from the hot tub was nice and relaxing. We had a lovely relaxed time and will definitely be booking another weekend away at the cabin in the future.
